After 15 min air dry, we examined the cell viability by MTT test. Stimulate collagen production

Human foreskin fibroblast cells were treated with D-MINNERALZ 0.05 and 0.1%, respectively. After treatment, we measured pro-collagen content by the method of Song et al. (2012). The result showed that D-MINNERALZ improved 6.1 and 19.6% pro-collagen production. Additionally, there was a significant dose-dependent correlation between pro-collagen and D-MINNERALZ.

D-MINNERALZ proportionally increased collagen production as the D-MINNERALZ content raised.
